Use of Rainwater: A big part of the water consumption of the company building is fed by a fully automatic rainwater system.
Ecological Construction: The kindergarten building Weltenbaum and the extension building Beta 2 A combine high-tech with nature. They are designed in a highly energetic way and sustainably rely on wood, a renewable raw material.
Preference of Regional Providers and Suppliers: Wherever possible, KOMSA works with local companies and service providers. This saves long ways of transport and long journeys; in addition, it contributes to the promotion of the region.
Active Energy and Environment Management: With the help of regular analyses and employee surveys, possibilities for energy optimisation and for a considerate use of resources are found and examined in terms of feasibility.
