KOMSA is one of the leading service providers in the information and communications technology industry (ICT) in Europe. We are active in three core areas:

• Wholesale: KOMSA is a wholesaler for IT and communication products. KOMSA procures products from all renowned manufacturers (e.g. Nokia, Siemens, Garmin, Canon, etc.) and network operators (T-Mobile, Vodafone, E-Plus, o2) and distributes these to more than 10,000 resellers such as specialist shops, large stores, online and mail order businesses, system houses, car dealers, etc.
• Services: KOMSA takes over tasks for dealers and industrial partners who outsource them in order to concentrate on their core business. The tasks include, among others, services in the area of marketing, logistics, contact centre and repair.
• Repair Service: KOMSA operates the second largest repair centre for mobile telephones in Germany. Here we repair more than 100,000 mobile phones from all renowned manufacturers such as LG, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson every month.
